Eagle Eyes have updated, more soon ....

Question about the mission boards missions
Any one Know if the kill per ?? number of scout ships missions are actualy turned on and active in mission boards... or are they disabled still in the systems these missions have in the past been flakey in enabling on the (thursday) first day activity.
As well as rescue mission bonus missions for Escape pods for mats grinding...
Realy dont want to ship ships to the locations if there still disabled, if slow to update servers thursday is back with out the missions..

Answering my own question..
Asterope is cleaned out allready... so missions are gone...
Edit = Celaeno is cleaned out allready...
Others do have the bonus missions so its working correctly...

It's all gunna be over. I turn away for a day and two instances are already down. Wont be playing til jan update because why play with the same bugs, no pun intended :p Especially bugged bugs.

[RANT MODE]

It's annoying because we have six Thargoid CZs on Thursday Morning. I finally get into the game at 11pm ON THE SAME DAY due to (Shudders) Real Life and half of the systems are already clear.

Again today, the Pleiades are clear by the time I get home and I haven't the Time to get over to the witch head before they all go tomorrow. I mean, fair play to AXI and the HIVE for clearing these out but heck, leave some CZs for the rest of us guys.....

Well, i found myself in the same position, hopped over (37 jumps in an AX Mk2) tonight an got in on the action.
I am a member of AXI, sorryπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
AXCZs are far too fun no not get involved withπŸ˜ƒ
Hopefully it is the start of a full on bubble burning war!

Recently NHSS are appearing in Incursion systems (as well as the AX CZ), so presumably they will count towards saving the system. Also the Thargoid Massacre missions have been back in the rescue ships, along with Salvage missions!

Targets this week

Incursions (AX CZ) : Just check galnet 2nd post ;) (top tip - there are none active)

Infestations (NHSS) as found by AXI this week, they appeared after the January Patch went out:
EE1: Atlas
EE2: HR 1183
EE3: Electra
EE4: Hip 1185 (probably really HR 1185 - no NHSS so far in HIP 1185)
EE5: Taygeta
EE6: Wellington (in WH)

Warning: Try and not be in the Infested / Incursion systems on Thargsday for the server restart - CMDRs have reported CtD issues otherwise.

Notes:
  • Incursions are listed in the 2nd Galnet article (in-game only) and dynamically update through the week (they start at 'massive thargoid presence' and are beaten when we reach 'no thargoid presence'.)
  • Thargoids first Infest a system (this has now been hidden), if the Infection is not fought then they begin an Incursion, and we lose stations until the incursion is repelled.
  • Incursed systems can be seen in the Galmap left panel. Sometimes the system also switches allegiance to the Thargoids (not always). It's worth checking a system is still Incursed before travel (in the 2nd Galnet post), as they change through the week. Sometimes the Galmap does not show the correct states, but systems targeted by Eagle Eye should still be targets. Unless that is broken ...
  • There is a galmap filter to help find Incursion systems
  • Incursion systems : fight in the AX CZ until they are listed in Galnet as 'No Thargoid Presence' :)
  • Thargoids can only attack space stations with 'L' landing pads, if a system has none of these then it is a lower priority.
  • Infested Systems : are saved by kills in the target systems- each kill counts the same, so a Scout is as useful as an Interceptor. Bonds do not matter. They only update state once a day, just after the BGS tick.
  • You can also find NHSS all over the Pleiades - within about 166 Ly of Merope, but it won't help save any systems. Also n the Witch Head Nebula, up to 70 Ly, mainly near the new stations.
  • And you can get (sometimes bugged) missions from the Aegis megaships / Rescue Ships to kill Thargoids, but they also don't count to save systems unless the destination system for the mission is also a target this week.
  • Infested Targets are found by decoding the aegis Eagle Eye system https://canonn.science/codex/eagle-eye-installations/
  • Decoding Eagle Eye is now simpler - use this decoder and type in the phonetic letters called out by the eagle eye unregistered comms beacons - this gives the target system
