Thargoid / Guardian sites bugs in odyssey

Hello everyone,

I would like to brought to your attention a few bugs that might go unnoticed as not many people does it nowadays. However it should be fixed for new players trying to learn the lore.

Please help me bring those to FDev's attention:

- No audio log in the message retrieved by the unknown device at the center of a Thargoid site.

- No signs on the guardian obeliscs
