So my idea,
Bring players together and make us work like a team. We had a whole group of people headed to Oracle and were let down. We had 2 groups to run rescue with 2 groups running escort. Think about active thargoids at the station. Fire fights surrounding the station. You can't just waltz in request docking, and fly out. We need action. You Eva do a rescue mission you gotta have an escort. Brief Eg.
5 ships drop in to station, 3 rescue 2 support. Thargoids scan. Now what? Support has to distract so rescue can retrieve and get passengers to safety.
Now you have to have strategies and teamwork. Now you add excitement! The video to Fall off the Oracle made it look like we would have thargoid resistance and there was none.
To do this successfully without utter destruction of players you'd have to nerf the goids so you could have a wing of three attacting, and still give cmdrs a chance to survive and complete rescue.
