Thargoids - HIP 22460 - Read This Before You Head Out There

Don't do what I did!
HIP 22460 is similar to a system the Titans were in...protected by an anti-guardian field.
As soon as I entered my ship guardian modules, inc FSD Booster, started to melt internally.
There's no way to repair in HIP 22460, but there are Fleet Carriers in adjacent systems that you can use to restock and repair...thanks FC Cmdrs o7.

  1. Ram Tah Engineer - Go to Meene and engineer your guardian modules with the anti-guardian zone resistance mod: https://elite-dangerous.fandom.com/wiki/Anti-Guardian_Zone_Resistance
  2. Hyperdiction - Mid jump to HIP 22460 I got hyperdicted from witch space. The interceptor was 4.5km away and instantly fired off a shutdown field pulse, which disabled my ship. Took some incoming fire before I high waked out of there. Not seen this before after being hyperdicted from witch space. FA-Off, boost, boost, boost should help here.
  3. Open Play - A few Cmdrs flying around in AX specced ships, no gankers to be found...but keep your eyes peeled and your wits about you.

I doubt there will be a lot of gankers out there. They seem to be mostly focused on Powerplay hotspots. Hunters go where the hunting is good.
This is true for hunters. Most gankers OTOH go where there is easy prey. AX ships can't really shoot back, and often fly shieldless as well, so they are easier than PP2 agents that are usually better prepared for human combat. However, flying into Thargoid space is a risk on its own, and maybe it is too much for the salt return they expect. We will see.
