The best way to report someone who is occupying a landing pad and keeps doing it?

Hello, it is clear at the title. I have been to an outpost and my ship could only land on landing pad 3 but it was occupied, despite my warnings the occupier stayed there then left like 15 minutes or so later not saying sorry or anything, just with a o7. Then after a short while I saw the same person on another post and same happened, this time just shorter than 15 minutes and left without any apology or anything else. In the first encounter I lost my mission bonus but more irritating thing was that I lost unnecessary time for someones unresponsibility

Why do you have more rights to the landing pad than they do?
Perhaps they had some business at the star port/station that took 15 mins. Perhaps they were just playing the game.
Like others have said, switch to solo. It will take less than 15 mins.
Or fly a smaller ship that gives more landing options.
Even in solo you can have NPCs occupying landing pads, though they often bug out in a minute or two.

Said posts were Hickam Surver and Mies van der Rohe's claim. Ngalinn to Mainani for usual imperial rank grind. Most you can do there is giving your missions and taking new missions which won't take more than few minutes. First time maybe understandable but the person did that like 5 minutes later at Mies van der Rohe's Claim again even though I have warned at Hickam Survey

Sounds like you need to factor in these inconveniences into your next mission plan. People occupy pads I mean, not people taking a dump.

Do you drive down the middle lane on the motorway/freeway expecting everyone to get out of your way or do you move into another lane? Similar situation here, move into solo.

Don't 'warn' people you just come across as rude and arrogant. Be polite, you will get a better reaction.

Warning word was a matter of speech, I have said I had missions with bonus timer and asked if it was going to take long since landings there take approx few minutes, no one occupies that long most of the time

Edit: I also know to go solo but I like the games multiplayer stuff, feels more immersion and I like the interactions but of course not ones like this. Also that person could get off from pad after questing and hang in close to station in no fire zone and go afk

ha ha live and learn as the other op said change mode it happens dont lose any sleep over it,try landing at a busy cg in open then you will change modes lol this post made me laugh but then you havnt got it sorted. and didnt know know you do forum does work for advice no one is knocking you for it 07 cmdr

Well, you got to fully immerse your self in the game and also in the possible interactions between players 🤷‍♂️

Again, they have the same rights as you have - to occupy a pad for as long as they want to.
Being considerate to other players is not something of a trait that is cultivated by a dystopic game like ED, where you can seal club with impunity, well within the game rules.
