The Brig in Luchtaine System

Hey folks, I can’t seem to find The Brig on planet A1c in the Luchtaine system.
It shows that it should be there on the eddb site but when I arrived it was not, no matter what I did “ nav beacon, advanced scanning, flying around the planet, landing and reloading game etc..”

Does anybody have anything to add that I may be doing wrong or not doing? Btw I’m on Xbox one if that makes a difference.

The Brig is an Engineer base in a Colonia system. You can't see Engineer bases until they're unlocked. You have the invite from Mel Brandon? You apparently don't get the invite from Colonia Council until you destroy 10,000 credits worth of Nameless ships. You also need to be at Level 3.5 with Elvira back in the Bubble to discover him.

Other way round - get friendly with Colonia Council, get an invite mission from any of the stations in Colonia, then hand in 100k of bounties (at the moment, any independent bounty seems to work, though)

Well im allied with Colonia Council and have not had a mission invite to unlock him yet

It sometimes took a while to show up in 3.2 ... try hopping around all four stations in Colonia itself to see if that helps.
