THe bug i encountered today is frustrating but i might have an explanation why it is happening

I took a mission to deliver goods to a planetary star port and i was always getting too close while being in correct altitude and descending speed and angel of entry.I had to completely exit and reload the game for this to fix (not going to main menu and starting again). This bug reminded me my attempt to land on lave 2 which is restricted! So what happens in lave 2 happened exactly to me while docking to an allowed star-port.So please FD fix it do your best it's probably a flag that is set wrong making the game engine think that the specific planetary star port is landing restricted.
This happened to me in Hk Aquarii (Dunn Laboratory)

What happened to you is not clear from your description. What message was displayed? Did you receive a welcome message from the planetary port, or did you not manage to exit glide? Did you even get into glide in the first place?

You can't perform glide it stops 230km above ground like when you attempt to land on lave 2
