CMDR Mysteron. Please be assured that I do no claim anything, I merely report on facts as I see them in the public record and when I express an opinion I make it clear that is all it is. In the case of CI's claim that you have been constantly trying to engineer a war, I made it clear that the public record did in my opinion support their case based on the pejorative language used before and after signing of Checha accord and the sequence of events laid out in your own words. In contrast I was unable to substantiate their more serious claim that Dark Armada ships were deliberately targeting Citizen's Forum ships in the recent Parja conflict to ensure that your criteria for war was met, and so did not mention it summary of situation above. They used traffic data showing around 70% of the traffic was DA heavy warships. I was of the opinion that this was no more than circumstantial evidence.
I must now attempt to speak with Scara Occulus priest who mediated during current dispute and establish whether offer from CI included renegotiation of governmental status of Parja as would be appropriate under the terms of Checha Accord article 10. This would be a clear indication of good faith attempt to avoid conflict

Your muddled assessment of our motives and actions does not concern me. The damage is done and CI has freely admitted to crossing the borders of our expanded system and affecting influence there.
We are fully aware of the traffic reports as this is how we initially detected an intervention by an invading force, confirmed soon after as CI. Our initial deployments in the PARJA conflict resulted in successful a jump in influence as is normal, the second day saw a heavy jump in traffic. By the third day the communist faction in PARJA had taken a substantial lead over the Empire. At this point myself and most of my void rouges abandoned the fight as it was clear that superior numbers on the side of CI would prevail.
CI had every opportunity to switch sides and ensure that the Imperial faction won, in this case we would have simply given them a light slap on the wrist and sent them home without their supper.
I am aware of Lady Turner's conspiracy theory that we deliberately pushed the communist faction to victory and your claim that we have been desperately trying to engineer a war is about as fragile as the hull of an Eagle.
We did not force CI to attack the Empire in PARJA, we did not brain wash them into crossing our borders, and as for war as I have explained we neither seek it nor need it. The Dark Armada has been spectacularly successful in our expansions and operations at the same time we have held firm to the truce and never ventured in to the expanded systems of CI or any other BC system. In addition we have expanded every single system from CHECHA only. Further more why would we engineer a war that would most likely cause us massive influence damage and undo years of work.
Conspiracy theory is the last resort of the deluded, it's what you throw out when you have nothing else left. The case is clear, the damage is done, your gambit failed and now we are at war. At least have the honour to admit that CI are culpable for interfering directly in an expanded system of The Dark Armada instead of accusing us of somehow manipulating them into attacking us. We are not responsible for the faulty judgment and choices of CI.
My proclamations are harsh, I admit this. The Dark Armada is but a small order of passionate Imperialists who punch above their weight. I knew that the arrogance and ever expanding size of BC would make them power hungry and over confident in their advances and for this reason I warned them harshly to keep truce and honour the basic code of conduct that we live by, to respect expanded systems. That is all I asked of them...
However I am a fair Mysteron and I am willing to discuss terms for the surrender of CI and appropriate reparations in exchange for a return to the previous truce as dictated by Lord Greyskull.
The alternative is rather distasteful to all parties. We are fully prepared to sacrifice our entire dark Empire, but in doing so we shall burn the Manites to the ground and we have the capability to do so, in fact it is our speciality.
Think upon your options, there are enough systems in this great galaxy for all, and beyond the borders an infinite ocean of virgin systems await colonisation. There are no wrathful factions waiting for you out there in the empty darkness.

Hello!

A slight correction, Cmdr Mysteron. The Winged Hussars have NOT attacked any of your systems. We are only supportinng another Imperial faction that is in a state of WAR with you. As I've said before, this clearly shows that the Empire does NOT support you, as you seem to claim in all of your statements. How will you exlpain that?

Not every imperial faction is free of corruption, in fact we imprisoned many of the corrupt imperial governours and sent them back to Achenar or into the black, if they so chose.
But thank you for bringing us report of further uprising and corruption within the Empire, it is appreciated.

and while we are pointing out inconsitencies, this "long held truce" was finalised in October 3301 and broken unilaterally by yourselves towards the end of May this year.
