The Dino Data Thread

As individuals?
The species as a whole when added together across all the games. If that made sense 😅 For example: if all the Allosauruses players had bio-engineered had, in total, eaten 2.5 million guests, then we'd say "The Allosaurus has eaten 2.5 million guests according to the game data". That was just a hypothetical though.
How about the most preyed upon dinosaur?
or the herbivore that won the most fights? 👀
We got to give a shout-out to the veggiesauruses!
There's more stuff coming up very soon :)

According to the latest game data, the deadliest dinosaur right after the T. rex is none other than the Indominus Rex! The original queen of Isla Nublar still reigns supreme, however. The T. rex has eaten twice as many guests as the Indominus!

So how is this second lot of people eating stats different from the first ones? I am confuzzled, perplexed and bewildered.

They're not. I do apologise if it came off that way! How does it seem different? I'm a little confused as well, honestly, so I think our understanding of each other broke down somewhere.

Velociraptor is the deadliest dinosaur in Jurassic World Evolution, but it’s also the most released Carnivore! Velociraptors have been released millions of times across all parks, but it’s only the 3rd most released dinosaur overall! Who do you think has been released the most?

The second most bio-engineered herbivore (and creature overall) in Jurassic World Evolution is the Triceratops. While very popular, Park Managers have only released half as many Triceratops as Struthiomimus into their parks. The rest will be revealed at the end of the week!

Honestly, I though the Edmontosaurus would the second most released species, because it’s so easy to keep in large groups of dinosaurs than the Triceratops, aside from being one of the 3 starting, and one of the cheapest, base game herbivores.

Probably also because it was actually the second dinosaur I’ve ever hatched in-game when I chose the Security mission first, and the Triceratops was my third.

I think Triceratops wins out on pure recognition, since it's such a franchise staple.

We know the queen of Isla Nublar would prefer to be number 1 on the list of released dinosaurs in Jurassic World Evolution, but she only made it to 15 in the overall ranking. This makes sense given that they're harder to produce and prefer their own company (unless you modify their genes, of course).

#15 is a testament to it's popularity for sure, given the top 5 are mostly from the first island.

Stegosaurus had that event to create as many as possible for a while, so I wonder if that's moved it up a place.
I was definitely one of those players who pushed onto Isla Tacaño in order to unlock the T. rex.

The Stegosaurus event was before my time, but it may have had an impact!
