Well it certainly isn't American, you can't honk or throw other commanders a one fingered salute.
You mean you can't shoot them with your assortment of tactical rifles and shotguns when they honk at you? ;-P

It was a large station, Shinrarta, and I was in a Asp meaning plenty of pads availability. So after a few minutes I'm thinking surely this cant be right..
Manually piloted into the station, landed problem solved, why the queue?!
I suspect the docking computer knows when people have either been given permission to dock or are just leaving, and are also in the proximity of the station entrance/exit. In those conditions I imagine the docking computer considers the exist "blocked" and so queues. Like many things in the game it's not gonna be foolproof system.

But thats a good thing. If it does not leak oil it means there is non in it and thats worse.

The only way you could tell is if the computer says 'sorry' to everything while it's on.
