Yes indeed and an HMRC letter was waiting when I arrived home, so once the grant has arrived lots more form filling and house sale to complete. Still a major milestone today, so I am a happy chappy tonight.

HMRC are usually okay if you are square with them. Once you have the Grant it's much easier to move forward, but it's still no fun at all.
