I love my Orca. It's beautiful in black or in white. So smooth to fly. Mine is engineered for long range exploration (galaxy core) with passengers, and I recently finished a 50,000 ly trip with it. I wish I could get more jump range on it (only 42 right now), but other than that, lovely ship.

I used to use my Orca for smuggling - now the SS You've Got Whale is kitted out with cabins, and specialises in transporting illegal passengers...so still smuggling I guess...

I've fallen in love with my Orca, dubbed Orcasm. She's got a 38LY range with luxury and first class cabins. I stripped her weapons but opted for some shield boosters instead. She's a lover not a fighter.
I was at a bit of a loose end. I even engineered an Adder. Then I thought, hmm, I haven't done any passenger missions, I'll build an Orca. My god this thing flies like silk. I've been flying an Anaconda this week and the Orca is worlds apart in speed and handling, if not size.
I did some light engineering and it boosts 500m/s with two SRVs, two luxury cabins and shields. Jumps 36LY too.
I flew one to Sag A* pre-engineers, and this is a completely different animal.
I've never been so glad to have been bored.
