Hi Everyone.

I thought It might be nice for anyone who has some of their own photos they would like to share with the forum to have a home for them.

The subject can be of anything you like as this is in the off topic section. :)

As long as it follows the forum rules and doesn't violate any copyrights.

Also, please respect these are peoples own photographs and if you wish to copy them I'd ask their permission first.

Give a little description if you wish along with any info on where and when etc.

Have fun and get posting. :D

Took this in July 2012 at Thurne in Norfolk, one of those balmy summer evenings you sometimes get.

This was taken on a trail near my house. Every August I take my daughter out on this trail to pick prickly pear fruit that we then make into jelly. :D

They're great shots TLG and Jenner.

This is what I love about photography, I will probably never be at either of those locations and now I get to see them.

Keep them coming. :D

Had to change the filename the profanity filter wasn't allowing the picture!

Was that because there was **** in it?
There is a (are some) thread(s) about that profanity filter - it is quite amusing.

Good pics so far. Like this thread. :)

I am restraining myself from posting lots of pics that I like because I was there but are probably very boring.

Sheringham Train Station

This was taken on My Nikon D40 at Sheringham train station, North Norfolk.

Must have been about 4 years ago. I'm still using the camera, it's only 6mp but I just like the shots it takes.

Space shuttle, taken through a window in my office building in Tucson, Arizona.

Little back story. One of Arizona's congresswomen, Gabrielle Giffords, was on the Science and Technology committee. Her husband, Mark Kelly, was a space shuttle commander. When the shuttle fleet was recently retired Endeavour here was scheduled to go to California, I believe. On it's way there Giffords pulled some strings to get the transport plane to divert to Phoenix and Tucson and do a low flyby so folks like me and my co-workers could flock to the rooftops and snap some pictures. :)
