Hi there, reporting to say that the POI known as "Thargantua" (https://www.edsm.net/en/system/id/13200328/name/Dryuae+Aoscs+AA-A+h370) is no longer the most massive ammonia world, by a long shot.
That record is currently held on EDSM by this following system, although not listed as a POI since it wasn't reported: https://www.edsm.net/en/system/bodi...etails/idB/36915238/nameB/Agnaix+OZ-N+d7-20+8
Would be nice to update the POI to say that it was only the most massive ammonia world when it was discovered, or possibly delete it or something. The system is not notable at all otherwise..
Mene Tekel
POI type: Stellar Feature
System ref.: Hypua Priae BA-A g0
Description: "Mene mene tekel upharsin - your days are numbered". That was what I thought upon arriving in this monstr of a system. You are immediately squeezed between a black hole and a rapidly spinning neutron star. When searching for a way to get some distance you then realise you are surrounded by two other whirling neutron stars! The system is a fantastic place to go but not for the faint hearted. It lies deep below the galactic plane in the Fallows, en route between Colonia and the permit-locked region of Hyponia. Travelers are advised to bring an extra set of underpants.
Name: | Mint Chocolate Chip Giant with Invisible Rings |
Game map search ref: | BLAA PHOE GF-C D14-3035 5 |
Description: | Very pretty pale green gas giant with brown markings reminiscent of a scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream. NOTE: Has almost invisible rings as well, fly carefully near it. These make it truly a rare sight (if you could see them)! You can also make some very nice pictures from the moons. |
