I keep getting the above error no matter what I do. I have tried rebooting windows, cleaning all temp. files and internet caches. I even rebooted my router, but that did not fix the problem. Can anybody help me out. I have not been able to play Elite Dangerous for days now because of this problem.

Try loading without Horizons? I had a similar issue after a rage uninstall/reinstall and nuking my old Commander and running vanilla was the only way to solve the problem.
