The engineer unlock is only travelling via apex and 45 various mats of which the Epoxy and chips are lying around to be picked up, The Wpn and Chem inventory can be found my missions and port downloads. The hardest to get are the digital designs, and I have 67 waiting to be sold.

I have a mantra, have the Maverick with the backpack as a second Maverick suit, on your main suit do not add it.
