Michelson Port in Ehecatl has a G3 maverick with combat movement speed that I was very tempted to grab for myself.

I found the covert thefts/heists a PITA, but managed in the end. Accept that some of the missions are easier than the others and there will be failures and you are likely to end up in incarcerated. Getting Geiger unlocked is worth it.
