I just use Win + Shift + S to take a screenshot and then literally Ctrl+V into a post...

I think if you want to do 4k screenshots, you'll need to upload them to somewhere like flickr.. Most platforms don't let you put up images that big. In all likelihood though, you'd be better saving them at a lower res.

As for PMs, I wasn't aware of that.
