Thanks for the input on Powerplays Kaze. I'll be sure to check out that guide. Taking down a couple anacondas for the first time was fun. To Karakut I go to start ranking my Faction.

Hey Kaze, or anyone who can tell me, I've earned 100 merits from Kaurukat Violent Protests. Now if I'm understanding this correctly, I have to wait till the reset (Thursday) for my Rating to reach Rank 2. Correct?
Also, if I keep farming merits, to reach Rank 3 will I be able to just jump straight to Rank 3 at the reset? 75 kills doesn't seem too bad to muster before thursday (in fact, its only 65 now).
edit: I should point out that I've already returned to LaLande 46867 to turn in my vouchers. mostly to see how much each kill is worth Merit-wise (10 merits a kill). Heading back to Kaurukat now for some more.

Just earned 1.4mill in just over an hour in the Lidpar CZ fighting for the order. Tips from Kaze's lazy guide to CZ are invaluable and once you get a solid wing formed up the kills roll off quick so +1 for that. Docked in Carlisle for the night but if anyone wants to wing up when I'm on drop me an invite. I fancy popping my power play cherry next ;-)

I might just need to pop my head in lol. Decent pilot so no escort needed. GT is same as here.
Most of the time when I enter CZ's nobody is firing at one another if I wait long enough will somebody eventually fire at somebody?
On the systems menu (x + right on dpad), there is a tab labeled Function. Pick a side and you'll see the zone light up like Christmas on your radar.
Even after I do that they still just fly around. Will someone fire if I wait?
Id like to enroll as a student as well. my gt is LoKo razorwire. (CST) Im mostly online after midnight. Ive been playing for about a week now and all ive been doing is conflict zones, I love them but I keep dying lol.
