Now this makes me genuinely laugh out VERY loudly. How is taking away everything from non-open players ANY kind of compromise? Do you even listen to yourself? I am so glad that, so far, Frontier is ignoring all those requests completely.

Alternatively join a PG like Mobius, play with friends and avoid the muppets.

If you don't want players outside of open to contribute to the BACKGROUND SIMULATION, you've clearly chosen the wrong game.

Also maybe still want to explain how your suggestion is a compromise? Open-only proponents get everything they want, and people playing in PG and Solo are basically told to stop playing? That your idea of a fair compromise?

There is one little thing the is no Open galaxy. There is Galaxy, that is affected by players in EVERY more. And that IS how game was sold and marketed.

I think you might want to read up on what a compromise is. That's not a compromise, that's excluding players from the majority of the game.

The many worlds interpretation of quantum physics aside there is still no credible reason why Open mode should be the only one to effect the Galaxy.
First Open folks say everyone should play that mode because there is no risk (never been interdicted etc) then they want special consideration because its higher risk and only the Leet play there.
Which is it?

i'm fine with keeping the rewards as is as long as someone who was never seen by another player never took the same risks get the same reward

And that's where we circle back to: This is not a PvP driven game, never was, never will be. If you want a (symmetrical) PvP dominated game, you need to look elsewhere instead of taking away the existing one from other players.

where do you get that percentage from ? if you played excusively in open you are bound to have seen another player ... unless the game is dead or everyone is in solo
