Oh this is a tough one, I think I’m gonna give it to Tropical though! The pig is fun, the gibbon is monke, arboreal predator, and the swimming monitor! Also the Sloth exists! Being serious you can do some fun stuff with the WTE.

let me think things through
Arctic: building for polar bears has been miserable, love making co habitats for the sheep and reindeer and I have been creative with making for the Arctic wolf
SA: all in all I like all the animals and making them happy
AU: I don’t use those animals much but enjoy them.
AQ: I would have a better opinion if we didn’t have to make ground going through the underwater viewing to make the glass clear.
AF: don’t care much for the animals but the North African style I have used a lot of.
EU: no opinion leaning one way or the other
Conservation: I find the siamangs disappointing, no opinion on the schimitar, love making for the horses and leopard, plus I have gotten creative with the Axolotl exhibit exterior
Twilight: while i have used the raccoon and skunk in nocturnal houses, I have done many builds for red foxes in many different themed builds, wombat once, the bats I have gotten creative for with many different builds.
Tropical: I view the gibbon as a disappointment, love the hogs but have limited use for them, don’t like sloths but have used different style builds for them, don’t care for foosa, the monitor I’ve built for a few times.
Oceania: great animals, I personally have used minimally.
Well looks like I’m split between SA and Twilight.

Gibbon go swing + cute pig
This one’s pretty subjective so I have no shame in being honest and voting Oceania lol. Something about the way kiwi move both irl and in game fills me with unparalleled levels of sheer joy (they look like they’re wearing oversized pants) and everything else is fun to watch too. The quokka is cute enough, the Tassie is a fun, unique lil’ weirdo and the lil’ blue is both a diver and a burrower.
Could there be some bias here? Sure, but obviously I’m going to enjoy watching the animals I already like more.

Ranking the Packs by Watching the Animals.
- South America: Llamas are more interactive now. Cats and monkeys are fun to watch.
- Aquatic: The 3-D movements of the aquatic critters make them interesting, but I don't build for them often enough to watch them much.
- Africa: I like the burrowing critters, and the penguins are the best.
- Australia: I like watching cassowaries and kangaroos.
- Conservation: It has a gibbon and a cat. The horses are cute, too.
- Oceania: The Kiwis are one of my favorites to watch. I love their little peeps. Penguins and quokka are nice, too.
- Tropical: Gibbons are fun, and fossas are sort of cool.
- Europe: I like watching the lynx.
- Twilight: The bats are okay. I like watching the foxes and wombats.
- Arctic: The only one I've watched is the wolves.
For me the fun of watching an animal really comes down to how well and interestingly they work with the enclosure ive build for them.
This basicly excludes every big animal since those usually have a very bad traverseable area and cant move around very well in habitats that are detailed. For example i love crocodilians in real life but lowkey hate them in Pz since their traverseable area is absolutely horrendous and is probably the worst out of all the animals and cant move around at all unless in a basicly empty room.
Probably gotta give it to Tropical just because of the gibbon, which is very fun to build for and hella fun to see swing around.
Honorable mentions to Africa, Oceania and Twilight, since they are almost exlusively small animals and therefore way more fun

Oceania is a close one, but doesn't beat the seals, penguin and otter. All there behaves so differently and are so fun to watch. Caimán is boring though.
Oceania has a lot of good ones too though. It has a penguin, quokkas are like wallabies and the kiwi is super unique and funny. The flying fox is also awesome. But i find the Aquatic animals a bit more captivating than the quokkas and tassies and the seals and otters are some of my favorite animals in game so Aquatic wins.

I’m gonna give it to Tropical almost exclusively due to the gibbons, but Oceania is such a close second to me. Aquatic is fantastic but IMO the lar gibbon is the best primate in game, it’s noises and animations are so monke I love it!Sorry I forgot about this for a day or - 3

For me, it's between Europe, Arctic, and Conservation. I'll vote for Europe as I enjoy watching every single one of those animals. Lynx is so beautiful, ibex reminds me of holidays in the Alps, badgers are super cute, and deer are just darling especially the fawns. Conservation has the horse and leopard and they are amazing too, but I don't spend too much time watching siamangs or oryxes at all. From the Arctic DLC, I love reindeer, bears, and sheep, but the wolves are too repetitive. If only Arctic DLC had Arctic Foxes instead of wolves...
