
I've learned "happiness" is a choice in perspective- I'm rather "happy", but that doesn't mean I'm always "satisfied" or content. There's a huge difference between the two- and gratitude doesn't put food on the table or a roof over your head, either.
That said, If anyone was completely satisfied in life- there would never be a call for innovation or change. For those who say "working as intended"- they would do well to remember that not everything is "perfect", or even "intentional".
I've also learned that good intent and about $3 bucks will get you a nice cup of coffee these days. It takes action and movement to affect change, which is why we're all still here and very visually vocal about what we'd like to see happen moving forward.
