Obviously some kind of rendering bug. This isn't the first time I have encountered this artifact in the game, but it is the first time I have been able to grab a video clip of it and subsequently share a screenshot from that video clip.
I recorded this 10 days ago just after I had jumped into the "HARM" system, headed to their Coriolis station by the name of "Gentil Hub".

Go to Xbox.com and log in then go to the feed and try finding your picture there.
Alternativly if you have Win 10 use the Xbox app and download them from there.

or another alternative is to use smart glass app that's how I have added pics from the xbox
You can also share your pictures directly to the One Drive.
