I have no idea why I wasn't destroyed, but I just kept getting closer, expecting a death that never came.

I whish I could have actually landed, like on a planet. Would have been fun to run around in the SRV for a bit!

WHEN (emphasis mine).... There's the rub! Days, weeks, months? The temptation to get a used, cheap, beaten but works Xbox One to hold me over is great. But my wife, who fills the role of Yoda / Obi-Wan, will probably keep me from crossing over.. Someday the Galaxy will be rid of this evil of no ED on PS4 and I'll be free :)

Play your cards right, and I bet you'll find a bunch of them being sold for dirt cheap just before Scorpio goes on sale around November. I'm sure a bunch of folks will be selling their "old" XB1's for the new hotness.

I decided to head out to 46 Eridani to scout the area before the event on the 29th, and while I was out there I thought I might as well visit the local nebulae as I'd never had the chance to visit the Orion Molecular Cloud Complex before (crazy, right?)

On the way I found this poor Eagle in a star's corona getting cooked by a flare:

Then after 46 Eridani, I headed into the witch head nebula, and this area is absolutely stunning:

Even had a friend join me in the Obscene Heap for a short while:

Then I decided to visit the tiny tiny M78:

I'm just leaving that area, Witch Head nebula is truly a magnificent sight to see up close, and just around the corner.
