Themes for next round

Since it's been a while since this document was shared and the pool of players has changed slightly, I thought it would be good to send out a fresh copy of this Themes chart for everyone currently playing to vote on:

  • Vote by adding your initial in the box next to the themes you like
  • You can vote for as many options as you like. Unlimited votes!
  • Feel free to add your own categories to vote on. You can edit the sheet yourself.
  • The most popular theme will be picked for each round (ties decided by poll in here)
I will no longer be submitting entries and so will not vote. Player's choice!

I've updated the link on the first post of this thread and added a note that I'll refresh this themes sheet every season or so to keep the voting for current players.

@Mr-Hyrax 2 @Frogstrich @FlameWizard492 and @KönigDerKaffeebohnen - my apologies but please could you submit your scores just for Annie's build added at the end of the chart? You can put 0000 for all other entries to skip through it. Alternatively you can DM me your scores for her build if that's easier for you, and not have to reopen the score form. Her entry has been added to the folder and is called 'Pallas Cat Habitat by Annie'.

I trust people to be fair and not invent new initials to get extra votes! We don't want to have to get the courts involved 😂

Updates to the score form:
* New category added to the score sheets: "met the brief". This has felt missing the last few rounds and ensures that entries that go to extra lengths to meet the category brief get the credit they deserve. It also levels the playing field between newer and more experienced builders, allowing people to showcase their ideas and effort, even if they are still developing their building skills. This category will be on all score forms from now on (unless there are objections to this addition).
* Helpful guidance has been added to the scoring categories, giving a bit more explanation on what they mean and what to base your scoring on. I hope this helps you choose your scores :)
* Feedback request has been amended to include 'constructive' feedback as well as positive, as we can all benefit from some constructive criticism and hone our skills together! Any overly harsh or unhelpful comments will still be vetted and removed before sharing. Please don't forget to add feedback, it's really nice for players to get some comments and often means more than just numbers!

It's there Fini, called Agatha's Birthday. You should see two Google docs in the folder - one's mine and one's Mr Hyrax's. Doesn't matter if you cant see mine as I don't really mind abt the scores but can you see Hyrax's?

Whenever we want! I'll get the scores out today and send one more request to vote on the theme and on the new scoring system we've discussed.

I'll be awol tomorrow recovering from the election (going to a watch party tonight) so round 6 can begin on Thursday. Hopefully the planet wont have exploded by then.

How does that sound?

Sounds good! I have a couple fun ideas for some of the themes :)
