Horizons Thing I've found on planets and dont know what to do with!!!

As you can guess I've found some items on planets and have no idea what to do with.

For Example:

Cargo Rack, cant scoop it, shot it, it went bang didn't drop anything. I must have found 5 of these all the same result.

Can anyone shred some light on what to do with them.

Post below any other Items you have found.

They used to drop a mineral or two, and sometimes a cargo container, I think something's been bugged lately, me thinks.

ZephyrDark is correct. They used to drop minerals and cargo. They did this in the Beta. Now they don't drop anything. In the Beta you would shoot them and random things would come out. Now nothing. Definitely a bug.
