Could this be Raxxla ? Image transformation attached. The last image is similar to what was found at the base of the Queens face a clue.... if you consider the raxxla Toast the idea of a siren comes to mind...

It is a kavannah-altered brewer ring after ring. . . 3 and 5 spoke - there are a few. Added all the possible locations on the reddit doc I have.
