Throttle problem since September Update?????

Hi All
I'm not sure this is a direct negative result of the September update... I can no longer throttle right up to go into Super Cruise/FSD:
My throttle at 100% is one (new) chevron from max... the only way I can jump to the next system is drop into ''normal'' space and hit ''boost''; that shoots the chevrons pass the top cut-off point and initiates FSD.
I HAVE completely re-calibrated my CH PRO USB Throttle and there is no problem with this faultless piece of excellent hardware... but the chevrons just do not reach max mark for jump....it has to be down to the cut-off point coded into the game with the new introduction of forward/back throttle chevrons..... most annoying!!!!!
Anyone with similar problems???? (before I put in a ticket that will get zero attention)

UPDATE EDIT:
Following trying all the fixes kindly given below... the final cure was achieved when I used ''Validate Game Files'' option from the Launcher...... full 100% throttle once again available... must have been some local corrupted game file on my machine. Thx all who posted! o7

Not having this issue.

Calibrate it again and make sure the Z axis for the throttle in the test and calibrate utility of the CH Control Manager reaches the full range.

Seems to be working fine still on my analog stick, but I don't have it mapped to being directly proportional, instead increasing or decreasing throttle, and in normal space with landing gear diploid I have it just thrust at 100% forward and backward, tapping the stick either way momentarily.

So yeah, maybe an issue that I lucked out on with it not affecting me.

I'll have to check out the throws in the corners of the sticks at some point again too though, since previously you couldn't reach full throws due to the physical rounded range of motion of the analog sticks, limiting the effective maneuverability of the ship controls roughly 18% in the corners, as it were.

Having the same throttle, I could not reproduce your issue. At least I could hyperspace jump / enter Super Cruise under normal max throttle.

Could this be linked to a specific ship? What are you flying and what thruster class are you using?

Is the throttle moving over full range in the Windows USB game-controller dialog? Have you tried switching the game throttle settings between full range/forward only?

All ships the same...A rated thrusters on the whole....... I'm NOT using the CH Control Manager software... and the Windows 10 USB controller setup calibration makes no sense.... the range goes backwards.. (since windows update???)
Switched all parameters in-game no change.

I think, USB Controller has always been Full Forward=0-Z-Value / Full backward = Max-Z-Value

If you move full forward = 0-Z-Value, does the line in Z-Value decrease to 1 pixel width?
If it is more pixels wide, something might be wrong with either the calibration, or the controller chip in the throttle unit or the potentiometer measuring the position (CH Pro Throttle still uses old style potentiometer).

As a work around have you tried binding a button to throttle forward 100%
Yes.. have done this but shouldn't have to... Played ED since launch with CH Pro throttle with absolutely no issues..... now since Update... throttle only gets to just under the top of the blue power band... go figure. Work around with button bind is operational....ho hum o7

More than one pixel I'm afraid..... re-calibration has failed to address...... will have to consider CH control manager download..... can remember this was a bit screwy when I first got the throttle but can't quite remember the details of exactly the problem.................

One more thing to try: Unplug the unit for some time and replug it. It sometimes helped me with calibration issues.

To be honest, my x52 had power issues. I have mine powered up from 2 x usb ports to get more power.

Sticking triggers, not responding to all trigger presses, buttons not lighing randomly.

Been great ever since

Yep...Me too... 6 port USB 2.0 powered hub... works a treat... takes the load off the often sub-par USB power supply from the base rig (in my experience)
