I have not played ED for 2.5 years and am back in. And whew trying to remember how to navigate it all

When I pick T.16000 as my controller of choice in the Options interface in ED - where do I go to look up those settings? Sure there are loads of maps on the interwebs - but which particular one is defaulted into ED? I can "sortof" use it, but really need to print it out.
