It's just part of the game and I think that's fine as long as there are no hard feelings and everyone just moves on. At least that's what I do.

It would still not hurt to be nice to newcomers, though. Instead of arguing and then "moving on with no hard feelings"

And in that same supportive and respectful vein it also won't hurt for newcomers to ask a question without criticizing someone for not explaining something and instead assuming the vast majority knows what it means.
