Err, Shinrarta is offlimits for FC's to enter, same as any other permit systems.
Never parked my FC at Dhan, but next to it, and its already gone since CG ended. Current location is classifed, but I assure you, its nowhere near.
Ur welcome, but it was side effect rather intentional... and if it helps ya that my FC aint is nowhere near Dhan, for whatever reason, then again, ur welcome.
I think the "latest" shuttering problem (its not first time) has litte to nothing relation with FC's... otherwise shuttering would be present ever since FC came out (It did not). But that much has been already said by others. Besides, shuttering was always kinda more or less problem ever since oddysey, especially at Ground CZ, this is nothing new either.
For me its seems its more related with ongoing colonization all over place, as every couple of mins or so, new station or beacon is placed somewhere, there is thousands of new systems, surely this take quite tool on Fdev server hamsters as such changes must be shared across anyone who is online at time. Those "hamsters" are well-known for lack of capacity to handle greater burden than it was orginally planned... why I think so? Well, cuz its started with trailblazer update, so its kinda logical and main suspect why it does shutter "more" than it used to.
I could got equally random shuttering by doing variety of things, both in high count FC systems, and ones totally empty, regadless of mode.
I play 99,9% open only - but I do use solo and priv for personal testing - such as to see if shuttering is mode depend. It seems not, from what I could see and tell.
Why do you think FC's have anything with shuttering in first place?

does the "Do you know who I am?" line ever work? I have seen it used a couple of times by different people and all it ever does is make what little respect people have of that person disappear.
The only people who could potentially use that line with any authority are members of frontier developments but
1) I doubt they would hide behind an anonymous account (if they wanted to appear like a random pleb in with the rest of us then they would not want us to "know who they are)
2) in my experience they are not arrogant enough to say that anyway (although I have certainly not met all of them so I could be wrong
but most importantly 3) if it were needed they have the tools to do it anyway without having to ask us to do it for them.

lol been there and bought the T shirt. my wifes boss was also on the BOM at my old place. she introduced me to him at the works xmas doo. we were sharing a taxi back home unfortunately i won in the xmas raffle a 1l bottle of vodka, which i made the ill advised decision to go halves on with a mate and we finished the bottle.
its fair to say my wife was not impressed, neither was the boss in question, esp as i had to hang out of the window of the taxi on the way home as they were worried i would be sick - i wasnt... it would have been better for me the following day if i had of been. it is the 2nd closest to alchol poisoning i have ever been. i like to think i have grown up a bit now.......... but it is a leaving doo on wednesday for half of my current team so we shall see!.
