i have no idea... it has been a great many years since i was accused of being one of those
All I remember is that they were nasty little buggers when I went to school with them. Don’t expect they’ve improved much.
So how many FCs were there when the request/order/demand/proclamation was issued?
How many of the FCs have arrived since the above?
Apart from the OP and the peanut gallery does anyone care?

I think the fact that most players don't even visit the forums might have been overlooked.
Past CG systems have one thing in common, that the usual FC count is about doubled than previously, once CG ends. This cant be good for OP plan.... but in other hand,
OP and thier "investigation", but it may not be needed anymore, since todays patch supposedly should fix it, whatever OP tried to investigate.
And it turned out that shuttering issue was not FC, neither Trailblazers, but it was related to PP 2.
