Well I just got a email today. The person responsible for my gifts just got home. He works two jobs, ouch. This man has gone above and beyond. It was Sparticus. This is the same person who paid for my standard beta access. The same person who paid for most of my expansion pass. Now he buys me a mug and a Tshirt. This guy is amazing. I hope there are more people like him in the world. We need them. I've seen some pretty selfless acts on these forums and I'm quite impressed. I'm sure Sparticus would never toot his own horn. He's just not that kind of person. In fact I'd say he's probably embarrassed, grin. But he deserves a shout out. Sparticus my friend, I salute you sir!

Well Jezzah I'd have to say because he really is a nice person. I may live in the USA and he may live in Australia but we have become friends. We email each other a couple of times a month. I even got pics of him and his daughters vacation. (nice pics btw.) He works two jobs and is rarely home. I'd have to ask why did several people at Star Citizen buy me over $500 USD in ships? They didn't know me either. They had no ulterior motive. They not only have never asked for anything, two of them I've never heard from again. I would say all of them including Sparticus did it because they are just good people. I've been fortunate enough in my life to meet some of those. They are a dying breed though. People now are becoming hard, mean spirited and well just not nice. They say now "well thats how it works, get used to it". Thank you but I'd prefer not to. I'd like to see more nice people in the world who are willing to help people. I for one am NOT willing to accept "that's how people are now". I do what I can to help people whenever I get the chance. I hope everyone here does too. I have seen a number of people here do just that. So I do have hope. Hope is all we really do have.
