Am I right in thinking that, if I have a hardware* TPM (it's 2.0), I won't have any stuttering issues with Win 11?

*As opposed to a firmware one.

No guarantee a hardware TPM module won't have issues, but it would be unlikely.

If you're already using fTPM, the best option is to update the firmware on your board to one that has AGESA 1.2.0.7, which has AMD's fTPM fixes that should eliminate stuttering.
