What they really need to add is the ranger chopper or jeep that's able to rescue people who are trapped in enclosures. Some chaotic event breaks out and I had problems where people are stranded with the animals.

Yes! I Agree it gets annoying at the fact that they're people stuck and are stupid to run into the exhibit. I would love to see the helicopter rescue people or a Jeep.
What I do is open the gates, but takes them forever to get out.
