I finally found a mission giving these as a reward, however when I completed it, the option to take them was greyed out. I found another. Same result.

What gives? What the bloody hell do I have to do to get some? I've tried relogging.

Is your personal Data storage at, or nearly, 1,000 units?
If you are already 'full' you won't be able to request the reward.
