Twitch Drops not showing up on xbox

I still not have them on XBox, and yes i do have them claimed on twitch.frontierstore.net - just they're not in game

@Bruce Garrido any hint from the team regarding the Twitch Drops not being available on XBox?
 
Same..claimed on both ends and still nothing in game and no word yet from frontier. I'm sure they'll fix it eventually.. tbh I'd wish they'd fix the lag around planets, the broken megaship looting, the npc fighter lag and a host of other things first but we've been waiting on those a heck of a lot longer.
 
For all those who are struggling.

You have to sign in using your frontier account.

DO NOT SELECT SIGN IN WITH XBOX.

This stops the infinite loop

It should work after as it allows you to press claim.
 
Same problem here on PC.

Account linked before stream.
Gift requested during stream.

Double purple paintjob in store. I have already the purple paintjob for the Anaconda and i got them both as available to apply. When one is applied, the other one is also checked.

Restarted the game, still nothing.

Yes Star I have done all the things as has many other people here.

Star have you got a pic of your paint jobs received IN-GAME?? trying to establish if anyone on Xbox or PS had actually received them, it seems not despite us all seeing screen that shows that we have claimed them ON BOTH frontier AND twitch.

If you could post pics of you're IN-GAME received drops it would iron out one line of questioning ver this as we've had zero response from frontier, I understand they are too busy with odyssey at the mo to do anything but that shouldn't mean we stop making them aware of problems. It feels like console is being ignored for other priorities at the mo. Which is understandable but unpleasant.

Console gets ignored anyway by frontier so I wouldn't worry about it to much.

I will see what I can do on Friday for you.

I know how you feel though as I sent in a support ticket 12 days ago and 9 days ago, the one 9 days ago got answered but not the 12
