It will be very amusing if this ship carves out a niche as an explorer.

What do you mean amusing? This was my plan all along.

I in hate all of the big ships...I flew the Conda & T-9 for about 10 mins each (too long) & obviously only sad gits have the rank for the two main ones. This is the only biggie I've had any interest in, since the T-9 looks absolutely awesome & man, what a great cockpit...pity it's crap in every other respect!

Bring on the T-10! Yep, this will be my explorer, no doubt!

FWIW feedback from friends after trying t10 at hazres. They sold the t10 as quickly as they could get back to Jameson...

I'm calling it now..

Cutter: Leopard
Corvette: Lion
Anaconda: Rhino
..
T-10: Elephant

Cutter: it's a Mercedes - comfortable and luxury, but not exactly maneuverable. It's a car for passengers.
Corvette: it's a BMW - the driver's car.
Conda: it's an Audi - a car without any flaws (and without any fun features).

T10: it's an Opel. These guys took a family station wagon, slapped a spoiler on it and called it "a luxury limousine".

Frankly, I doubt it would perform better than a Conda (which is faster, more maneuverable, has more shields and has better hardpoint placement).

Well, Frontier did say they wanted to farm some salt. Still. It’s not bad. Anyone who assumed a ship that would outperform Corvette or Anaconda is, imho, a bit dim. If it had a class 7 PD, people would have just complained it wasn’t an 8.

Its a bit errrrrr....... Slow.
I thought they said it was "faster" than the T-9. It may be, but it doesn't feel like it.
Still, its nice to have a new toy to play with all the same.

No this ship does not compete with the big-3 in most aspects. A good solution for Thargoid combat and a stepping stone ship for most others.

Only 1 medium and both small hardpoints are suitable for using fixed weapons.
