Hi Cmdr... We also have 30 rare's in the hold and will be transferring them tonight around 7PM if your on ? Will also be on over the weekend o7I've got another 18 from goemon on my ship to bank, I need to arrange to meet with delmonte and outspan this weekend to add to stockpile.

The original plan was to have them all on one ship and do various UA tests, but with the latest developments looks like we will be also selling them at one of the affected stations
I'm not seeing any issues in 64 Arietis on Galnet, the issues are in 49 Arietis, and yes they are very likely related to the UA.
However, 64 Arietis could be the next system in line, being very close to 49: I personally took or sold lots of UAs there...

The starport of Weyn Dock in the 64 Arietis system has become the latest to be affected by mysterious technical issues, following a rash of inexplicable breakdowns and malfunctions at starports throughout the Warkushanui system. According to Laura Bishop, technical supervisor at Weyn Dock, the starport has experienced a range of problems over the past 24 hours:
"First we had some power outages, now we've got widespread system failures. We haven't been able to determine the cause but we're investigating at the moment, so when we know more, you'll know more."

It was the system I've proposed for the Canonn home. Close to 49 Arietis. It's going fast.
Ok, if we will not find "a cure" soon, prof Palin will reveal it for us... it's time to throw the Rares...

I replied it was done, but not to the other side of the Galaxy. The UA was taken very far away to the other side of the Bubble and out.
we are very close to having a complete set of rares, need to gather together what Lurius, Goemon, Delmonte and I currently carry. And see what is left, should be around 10

I didn't realise that was a new one yesterday. So thats Warkushanui, 49 Arietis and now 64 Arietis... This problem is spreading fast, we need to work out a cure quickly.

Btw it seems you got my point: big plan already set by FD, minor changes could happen due to Player interaction (i.e. stations contaminated or not).
Expanding a bit my thoughts:
what does really attract CMDRs? CREDITS.
If I was FD I'd bet on CREDITS to make CMDRs do something for sure: that's why I'd raise the spawn frequency of the UA, that remember, are worth 150K credits each.
Betting on Players' greed, I'd be sure thousands of players will start selling them everywhere in the Galaxy... impossible to stop: broad contamination
