Very, very interesting... I didn't notice it myself... so many systems to choose from, and look...
But you saw the previous Buggy video? The SRV one last week or so? Same Arietis 49 as featured on Kerrash landing surely. Mentioned here by atleasdt a couple of us.

yep we still need that!
here what we are still missing:
Neritus Berries in Neritus - Toll Ring
Soontill Relics in Ngurii - Cheranovsky City
Sanuma Decorative Meat in Sanuma - Dunyach Gateway
Waters of Shintara in Shinrarta Dezhra - Jameson Memorial
Toxandji Virocide in Toxandji - Tsunenaga Orbital
Yaso Kondi Leaf in Yaso Kondi - Wheeler Market
oh and Sothis Crystilline Gold
need to quickly check Gilya and Epsilon Indi to see if rare commodities are still blocked
I'll also double check list to see if we missed anything
nearly there :D

I delivered Soontill Relics yesterday and Toxandji Virocide the day before. I don't think I collected more than 4t of either of them, though. (I really hope just 1t will be enough to trigger something, though I was able to get at least 2t of everything I delivered.) Good luck with your delivery!

Don't know if this has been posted before, but did you know a Merope is also an insect, just a little bit Thargoid if you ask me :)

Yep,came across that curious thing while looking for info on Merope.

A extinct or unknown lifecycle it has. Found in a few places on earth only.
And looks just like the flying blue insect type lights around UA's.
as far as I went with that, finding if it is linked to UA's is another thing, didn't find any more info on them.

Let me know what you all think please. I want to either get motivation to delve into this more.... or to drop it (the search for vocals that is)... it's bad enough that I'm convinced there's also a very feint "heart beat" of sorts in the audio as well... but I've only heard that in a jettisoned UA, and it's harder to hear than what I describe in this video so... not gonna go on about that :p

Otayo...let me know! Thanks!

I kinda think it sounded like "who/what are you" with the morse identification of the ship followed up with "oh, so that's who/what you are."... then again the radios at work occasionally didn't repeat right off the transmitters so occasionally there was some interpretation through the static.

I didn't say it in my video for the sake of trying not to sound like a bafoon... lol... BUT... the "vocals" I "think" I hear... and this is going to hard to explain for anyone who's NOT played it... but the vocals sound like those of WoW-MoP... In the Valley of Four Winds, doing the event at the wall.... you've got that HUGE beetle (been a while, don't remember names) that's breaking through the wall. When you get punted into the beetle by that one farmer's kodo-like beast.. and your inside the bug... punching it... you hear what sounds like voices in your head, whispers and whatnot... THAT is what the "vocals" remind me of. (I know, your all like...HUH?) So.. yeah. :D

there actually are whispers going on when you're inside the kuchong's stomach, they're audio clips of the mantid empress that she belts out during the heart of fear fight.

Kinda skimmed the last 4 pages after reading through the first 14, someone mentioned that it seems like the UAs are originating from merope, if that is the case it woulnd't be too far of a jump in logic that 1.4.1 might've introduced a new dynamic to the UAs where they're slowly drifting further out from the 1.4 shell.

Just some thoughts, kinda new to this bit of the ED universe.

The explorers have made some interesting observations regarding the compromised stations over in there sub forum. Not very sciency, but interesting

Could you link to that discussion please? I got lost.

Also after a bit of time mulling over things, do we have any indication the station problems have occured in space where UA's have been found before?

Problem is, I don't trust myself! ;)

Nout to do with traitorism; just want the Thargoids to appear... "Soon" (TM) Just doing them a favour, like ;)

And yes, once I've deposed the Thargoids and there are no space monkeys left, I SHALL BE SUPREME LEADER!

Oooh! Time to take my meds... <zzzzzzzzz>

Ah yes. SUPREME LEADER. Of empty space. No more thargoids to lead. No more of us space monkeys. Sounds boring to me.

Sorry, I'm on my phonephone, it's a nightmare. The jist is that the stations all have odd orange lighting, and seem to be filled with smoke or mist, something I had noticed, but not associated with the problems. Also possible reports of odd gravitational issues navigating within the station, but that could just be someone's dodgy hotas.

The stations are not associated with ua discovery. 2 of the 3 are common places to sell ua. Imho 2 out of 3 does not make a good theory.

Well, 49 and 64 Arietis are the closest inhabited systems to Merope and to the UA area in general. That said, Warkushanui, the first System where the problems occurred, was never heard before and totally not UA related, for what we know.

I'd be willing to bet some commander or commanders sold one or more UA's there, in Warkushanui, I mean.

Out of necessity more than likely. I'm betting it was someone other than the usual subjects at their first go around with a UA who more than likely panicked when their ship started rotting under them and decided to cash in at the first available starport.

....probably the only way to confirm if the station malfunctions and uas are connected is to pick a currently unaffected station and dump a few uas onto the black market there.
