Tried to search, no luck. I can't be the only one though. Some menus 'wrap around', allowing you to press up at the top to jump to the bottom (and vice versa). And some don't, like the outfitting menus. It drives me crazy!
I suppose the only reason it really bothers me is when I need to get to the bottom to click 'back' or 'exit', so just a UI back button in the key bindings would suffice!
