You should get a confirmation email by return (usually) and a follow-up with a result (good or bad or whatever) in a few days (depends on their "response time" on the site). I have always found them really helpful. The bug reports get no response at all but you can view the progress of your other "tickets" by selecting "View My Tickets" (where you can re-open a ticket if you are not happy with their reply).Really? Good to know, I submitted it as a technical issue, I'll make another one as "lost my stuff" if they don't reply to that one in 3 days. I work customer service myself and multiple, simultaneous tickets usually just get closed as duplicates.
