Unable to log in, feels scammed

For no reason, the launcher wanted me to log back in again... I mean, when I clicked on "Steam Log in", the game demanded me to type in my Email & Password, to which I then had to copy-'n'-paste the confirmation code, after that, it wanted me to "re-redeem" the game, but when I copy-'n-paste my Horizons key, the website says "Sorry, this access key has been used previously. ". Meaning that I can't start the game anymore.

Worse is that I can't send a support ticket without a FID, which can only be found in the main menu of the game!

Edit: nevermind, turns out that I just needed to click on "log out", then Steam Login, and fixed. But still...

You certainly can put in a support ticket about your account without a fid - I did and got sorted very quickly but it was before this update and they will no doubt be very busy because of it. Frontier support are always very good I find.
