This thread here reminded me of my old plan of stockpiling some Tech Broker modules for my future ship-building convenience. I might be wrong, but as I understand it, all the usual Human Tech Brokers offer the same modules everywhere, right? Except for some rare exceptions. Which brings me to my question:
Where are these rare, exceptional Tech Brokers, and what modules do they offer exclusively?
