Added latest records to book!
This was the first Earth-like ammonia world for me - its strange mustard-like atmosphere colour and double rings make it quite different from Earth (and a potentially super-busy vacation spot for tourists) ;)
Thargoids supposedly live on worlds like this, that's what they will be after when they invade!
Are Red Supergiants categorized as the Star that is shown in the Galaxy Map (K in this case)? Or do we need a new category?
yes use what is show on gal map for these

Largest G-type star
Labr A with a solar radius of 17.1056

Didn't get to finish my last post last week as my internet went down :-(
back now though!

CLOSEST STATION TO MAIN STAR - PRIBYLOV CITY IN ORGEN - SEMI MAJOR AXIS OF 18,954KM
Beats the previous record of 5.2LS(1LS=299,792.458Km - 5.2LS = 1,558,920.782Km )
CLOSEST STATION TO ITS STAR - PRIBYLOV CITY IN ORGEN - SEMI MAJOR AXIS OF 18,954KM
Beats the previous record of 2LS (2LS = 599,584Km)

ICY PLANET WITH THE LOWEST SURFACE PRESSURE - ORGEN 8 A - 0.00AT

HOTTEST CLASS I GAS GIANT - ORGEN 7 - SURFACE TEMPERATURE OF 85K

ICY PLANET WITH THE LOWEST SURFACE PRESSURE - COL 285 SECTOR JX-P B20-0 B 1 - 15,422.31AT

sorry, looks like you missed the update I just done looks like all your records were beaten.
also semi major axis of the stations are for the orbits around the planet not the star.
to post record for these categories land at station and check nav tab for distance to star

Is it possible to have a category for MOST EARTH-LIKE WORLD? That's not including Earth, of course ;) There could also be separate categories for terraformed and non-terraformed worlds. Might be a bit subjective if two worlds are similar in some respects and different in others, but if we could come up with some kind of good, generally agreed upon criteria for judging potential record holders, I think this would be a very cool category :)

There's a "system with the most earth like planets" record. Or are you talking about something else ?

There could also be separate categories for terraformed and non-terraformed worlds.

We have ELW and Terraformed, not sure a third category is a good idea. If we go that way, we also need Non-ringed planets/gas giants/stars, Non-terraforming candidates, and so on...

No, I was talking about planets that have the most Earth-like surface conditions, at least as far as the current stats can tell us. A bit subjective, I know. But, as I think more about it, there's totally room for more (and certainly less subjective) records in this vein, such as 'Earth-like world with highest/lowest surface pressure, highest/lowest surface gravity, highest/lowest temperature', etc. It would also probably be a good idea to separate those categories between natural and terraformed Earth-likes, as well, as I think some terraformed worlds might be too small to have formed 'in the wild', for example. We could also have similar categories for Water Worlds.

Anyways, Here's my entry for WATER WORLD WITH THE LOWEST SURFACE PRESSURE, if the idea is approved:

Also, I've got a record-breaker for SMALLEST WATER GIANT and LIGHTEST WATER GIANT, ;)

owjHflO.png

have you checked the book? or are you looking at list on first post?
we have a section for earth like worlds, this is only for non terraformed earth like worlds only, there are also pages for terraformed
also your record doesn't beat current record

sorry as that planet is terraformable it goes in the terraformable section not the water world section, this will be changed when I get a chance this weekend I'm hoping to add a section for each type of terraformable planet
