and some C-N stars records

SMALLEST C-N TYPE STAR
SKAUDE QI-B D13-52 WITH A SOLAR RADIUS OF 29.1427

This Skaude sector seems to be a place for record breaking :p

Patau btw, did they clone your main universe account to the beta 1.2, or did they again give you a freebie sidewinder with 100cr costs for ships? (as in: do you actually have access to your regular explored status or only what comes with a fresh start?)

looks like they used the save from Monday night, I seem to have everything I had then and I also started in the same star port I logged out on Monday night

Two records to break in one system - and one 'finder' record to add.

Firstly:

old record;
LARGEST WOLF-RAYET STAR
SKAUDE AA-A H445 WITH A SOLAR RADIUS OF 9.9248

New record;
LARGEST WOLF-RAYET STAR
OOB BRE AA-A h0 B WITH A SOLAR RADIUS OF 9.9745 - CMDR CALBARON

old record;
HOTTEST A-TYPE STAR
ELLAIRB AA-A H11 B WITH A TEMPERATURE OF 29,099.00K

New record;
HOTTEST A-TYPE STAR
OOB BRE AA-A h0 C WITH A TEMPERATURE OF 30,676.00K - CMDR CALBARON

and the new 'finders record'
WOLF-RAYET STAR WITH THE DEEPEST NESTING
OOB BRE AA-A h0 A & B ARE 2ND TIER - CMDR CALBARON

Though I am not exactly sure if they are 2nd or 3rd - I haven't got my head around how it works yet :p

Please see the pic to verify for me (the one with the Class A star shows them better - just above it.)

added latest records! :D
unfortunately those stars are all 1st tier read posts #1391 - #1399 for a quick explanation of nesting here:

So after spending the last 10 days or so mooching around at the near end of the bar in the middle of the galaxy and finding systems with 4 BH's and 3 NS, 4 NS's and 2 BH's, 5 BH's, I fianlly cracked it and found one with 6 black holes!

So -

SYSTEM WITH THE MOST BLACK HOLES
BOEWNST AA-A H33 WITH 6 BLACK HOLES
CMDR Ambivalent

It's an addictive area, many many systems with multiple BH's NS's, lots of nebula and remnants and stuff.

Right, I get it now. Cheers for the link tot the explanation.
I now have a mental image of how it would look on the system map.
I don't think you'll ever find a 2nd tier WR star if this is the case, as they are always the primary star in any system (or so it seems)

Nice find!! +1 :)

seeing as we have now found trinary earth like planets, any one found a quandary or better? terraformable would also be very impressive :)
here's quad ice planets tagged by cmdr trav eler :D :

guess I should add system with the most barycentric x planets for each category?

I just noticed that the record from system with the most neuron stars is currantly at 3, so I had a look back through my screenshots from a week or so ago and found this system -

SYSTEM WITH THE MOST NEUTRON STARS
EOCH FLYI AA-A H283 WITH 4 NEUTRON STARS
CMDR Ambivalent
