Unplayable Game

Hello, I recently bought this game a few days ago and I've been playing nonstop. Out of nowhere though, when I started the game up today, it has continually crashed, over and over. I can sometimes get in about 3 minutes of gameplay before it shuts off again. I have tried everything in my power to try and get the game to work again.

Using: Steam, amd ryzen 7, I have checked multiple times and I have more than the minimum specs. BIOS and chipset drivers are UP TO DATE. Please help, I want to play this game again but the constant crashing makes it impossible.

Thank you for your help. I submitted the ticket with the directx diagnostics a few hours ago. I have attempted to update my chipset drivers after my BIOS and ran into some issues, but I was able to overcome them. Would you be able to provide a step by step on how to update the chipsets? in case I've been doing something wrong

Unfortunately I don't have a step by step guide on how to update your driver chipsets, but from what I understand it shouldn't be too difficult. Files and procedures for updating your BIOS to the latest version should be found on your motherboard manufacturer's web site. Chipset drivers should be available at https://www.amd.com.

Since I have already done these things, and the game keeps crashing, is someone going to look into what could be causing this because I've seen a lot of other people who seem to be having an issue with this game crashing a lot recently, but nobody has it resolved
