Oh, I've seen positive review bombs by disgruntled players annoyed that a game got torn apart in the gaming press for antisemitism, homophobia, etc. which they support it for because that's their jam.
you are assuming there is going to be PowerPlay to support in the new live, Thargoid-infested bubble. Isn't this still uncertain? (but I agree there probably will be at least in some form)
Could be that some still aren't happy ? And some who did positive reviews go back and review them to be negative?

My guess based on nothing in particular (except for the introduction of Thargoid factions) is the feature overhaul will be BGS/Powerplay.

IIRC there was a possibility of them coming today.
So when exactly does the cloning process take place? I should at least get myself to my "system of choice" (I recently went on an unplanned startrip into the black) before this cloning happens, so that if someday I do switch to 4.0, my CMDR will at least be where I want him.

When the servers are down for the update would be obvious. Clone first, deploy the update second, get servers/bandwith choked because of downloads third.
I don't remember it being phrased that way. I'm fairly sure they said the patch notes were coming today.
However, I'd expect them in the morning, as they usually are on patch day.

We reckon the recent Xeno narrative has turned out to be a catalyst for Galnet and the events in the bubble... driving the interest of the community toward those activities which, from a powerplayer point of view, are purely PvE (or PvAX
). Not saying it is bad, but of course we do feel that the game is moving toward those contents much and much more.Considering that there have been relevant recent powerplay events (involving Mahon and Hudson for the main part) driven by dozens of players moving HUGE numbers in the powerplay scale of things... the scale of the FDEVs care for powerplay (close to zero) is represented by the fact that nothing of all that did appear on Galnet or somewhere else (CGs). As a further nail in the coffin, the last time they've picked up powerplay stuff for the CGs, they've injected a faction (KUMO COUNCIL) with wrong government type in the game, so go figure! LOL
