Update message when launching game with VR.

Hello. Recently I have noticed this popping up on my launcher whenever I use VR in E: http://prntscr.com/ncy21m

I have no idea what to do with it because I have followed all of the steps and it still comes up. On top of that, steam also downloads NOTHING. This has been happening for a few days now.

Suggestions?

just adding a me too here. Game loads ok for regular and horizons but the VR version does like OP shows. redownloaded the launchers, still does it.

My launcher (Oculus) updated twice over 2 days as a 'standard' update. My Steam version updated and worked normally yesterday. Hopefully yours has updated today
