edshipyard.com has a built in route planner, just calculate routes to all permit systems and so you can find out which one is closest.

Im currently at Master rank with Empire and Chief Petty Officer with Federation but I have no permit for PLX 695 or Achenar. How do I get these?

It's an RNG thing from that point. Just keep doing missions.

Peregrina has expanded to 2 new systems since I last updated the info for that system:

KAGUTSUCHI, HIP 19157

and the first one actually has a Corialis station, so no more small landing pads.

Back near the end of the Serf Clipper sale, I bought a clipper from Shinrata. It seems that the note that they aren't stocked is out of date.

Does that mean the the permit is removed even you have optained it before? Or does one have access once obtained?
Need to check later if I still have the Isinor permit.

Anyone already with these permits can still access the system, you just cant gain them
I have visited them to see what the fuss is about, but they seem no different to before. Convoys are still present with their usual contents.

My PLX 695 permit was awarded by missions out of Ross 23 or Warnates I think - it is a hi-tech system with a station and an outpost but only a small (or tiny) population - it was useful for picking up promotion missions I think, much like Exbeur.

Achenar is an Empire permit bestowed automatically (I think) on reaching Master, it is in my list but I have never gone there, the stations are all over 20,000ls out with only one outpost less than 2,000ls.

Thanks for compiling this list!

I have a quick question:
When trying to obtain permits, can I just sell exploration data at the recommended worlds on stations controlled by the appropriate faction until they get allied? Then the permit mission should pop up?

Yes, but dont be surprised if you feel dirty a little later. I got 4 that way, it isnt cricket

Thanks, it works like a charm. Already got the first four permits.
However, for the Sirius Corporation, it says that the permit has to be obtained from Procyon, but when I arrived there, the Sirus Corporation was not in control of any stations.
So I have to get rep somewhere else and then travel to Sirius and find a station where it is present to get the permit? Can someone help me?

Update for the Record:
Peregrina System permit cannot be obtained by in KAGUTSUCHI (faction is there and can be "leveled", but mission does not show up), but rahter in HIP 18609 (tried successful in Kessel Legacy).

Edit: Got the Sirius Permit, it was as I previously thought. Only the Hodack permit is missing now, got all others as well.
Edit2: Giving up on Hodack, as they don't have control over any station in the mentioned systems.
In the end, I finished accumulating 13 permits through selling of exploration data this evening.

Congrats! And yes, this is the way to get most of the system permits now.

You can still get the Hodack permit the old-fashioned way (through missions). I recently got this permit myself actually, as Hodack is the only permit-locked system that doesn't control a station yet.

Also, it's interesting that you were able to obtain a Sirius Corporation permit from Sirius Corp despite the fact they no longer own the system. Either this is because they are still the largest influence faction, or else any faction from the system can give it out if they have at least one expansion (which would be quite interesting). Unless of course they are manually locked by FD like in Isinor. =P
